We follow in the footsteps of our immigrant ancestors who had essentially nothing when they arrived in America, yet shared what little they had with those who were less fortunate. Today’s generation has been abundantly blessed and we are called to be generous in helping those who are challenged and to help raise awareness and support fun

ding to tackle the diseases that have affected our family and so many other families. We were purposeful in using the word “Legacy” in our name as we hope our foundation will exist for many generations to come...to honor the generous family members who have laid a foundation for us and to establish an expectation of giving for future generations.

"Lung cancer is the leading cause of all cancer related deaths, but it only receives 6 percent of federal government research dollars...and it comes down to stigma. People associate lung cancer with smoking, older folks that smoke a lot...and that's simply not the case."
