Now starting to sell chickens. Please line up 20 at a time, check in with a junior fair board member in a red T-shirt to let them know you are here and they’ll put you in the correct seat.

Remember to remove any senior signs from the side of the barn today.

YOU must be present to sell YOUR lot. If not, it will be skipped and you will not sell. Prior written permission is needed for someone to stand in for you.
Dress code MUST be followed for the sale.
Sale order is Turkeys, Chickens, Rabbits.
Please check in with a Jr. Fair board member and line up in the sale arena 20 lots before you sell.

The sale starts at 9 AM tomorrow. Market turkeys will sell first then market chickens followed by rabbits.
We ask that 20 sale lots (exhibitors) lineup (seated in a row of chairs on the midway side) at a time In the large animal show/sale arena.
There will be Jr. Fair board members helping. The exhibitor should check in with these Jr. Fair board members.

Non market poultry exhibitors:
Check out with a superintendent before taking your birds and all equipment by noon today (Friday).
We will be in the barn or the show arena.
