Here's the July Calendar 📆 😁

Please send the trips you want to Josh Claytor on Monday June 22nd at 10am !!! No earlier since FCE will be closed tomorrow in observation of the Juneteenth holiday

A couple of notes on the calendar - Zoombezi Bay on the 1st has a 12 person availability and if we fill it up the $50 will include a gazebo for us 🏊

The FCE Pool Party and Cookout on the 2nd has availability for 34 people to attend 🍽️

The Birthday Club is still operating, but due to the lack of individuals inviting their own friends we will let you pick a trip from the list and remind Josh that you want to use it to celebrate your birthday 🎂 🎉 ❤️ You will get to pick the restaurant for the trip and please try to invite your friends to sign up when you do 😊

Lastly, some of the trips even though not marked as pre scheduled have been created by our individuals, so spots are limited ❤️

Yesterday’s First Capital Enterprises sponsored day at the Chillicothe Paints game didn't go quite as planned thanks to Mother Nature! The downpour delayed the game until 7:00 PM, which unfortunately made it tough for us to all dine and watch the game together as a group.

Because we couldn't all be in the same section last night, we drew our raffle winners today instead!

👉 What you need to do:

Check your tickets! We hope you held onto them.

Claim your prizes: Winners have until Thursday morning to claim their prizes.

Hang onto your tickets: If any prizes go unclaimed by Thursday, we will be redrawing new numbers!

A few things I've added to make the information more attainable - is the sheet that has your name with the dates beside it are color coded to help you each month 😁

The yellow column 🟨 has the trips you are allowed each month

If the dates are highlighted white⬜, then you have requested the full amount for the month

If the dates are highlighted green 🟩, then you have trips available - (example you have 3 but only signed up for 1, then you have 2 left to use)

And if the dates are highlighted red 🟥 you haven't signed up for anything and have your entire amount available

Josh Claytor Kristine Whitcomb Lisa D. Vandemark and Nicholas Penwell will be reaching out throughout the month to help you create special trips and invite your friends ❤️

Also, if you don't see that you signed up for a trip please text Josh because the calendar is constantly changing and we can't repost every change 😉
