If you signup online please list the team you played for last year. If your child wasn’t on a team please place the team you wish to play for in “team played for last year” slot! Thank you all so much

If you wish to be assigned to a team just put N/A for team and we will assign you accordingly. If you already signed up and have a desired team just attend their practices and we will get your form to the correct team
