We are SEED
Growing up, I didn’t have a mentor, someone to guide me, challenge me, or help me see the potential within myself. Without that support, I found myself caught up in drugs, alcohol, and the kinds of choices that lead too many young men down the wrong path. I wasn’t born without potential; I simply lacked the guidance, opportunities, and positive influences that could have changed the direction of my life sooner.

Looking back, I often think about how different my journey could have been if someone had invested in me. That realization became my purpose.

Today, when I look at the young men in our communities, I see pieces of my own story. I see untapped potential. I see young leaders, entrepreneurs, fathers, and professionals waiting for someone to believe in them. I also see the need for safe spaces where they can learn, grow, build confidence, and stay away from negative influences.

That’s why I founded We Are S.E.E.D.

We Are S.E.E.D. exists to plant seeds of leadership, discipline, confidence, and purpose in the lives of young men. Through mentorship, life skills, educational opportunities, community service, and meaningful activities, we are helping them discover who they were created to become.

Our vision extends beyond mentorship. We are working to create a dedicated youth center, a place where young men always have somewhere safe to go, positive role models to learn from, and opportunities to develop their talents instead of being left idle and vulnerable to the streets.

I can’t change my past, but I can help change someone else’s future.

Every young man deserves someone who believes in him before he believes in himself. Through We Are S.E.E.D., we’re planting seeds today that will grow into stronger families, safer communities, and generations of leaders tomorrow.
