North Valley Housing Trust The North Valley Housing Trust is a nonprofit lender for regional affordable housing solutions.

We leverage local public and private contributions to secure additional funds that we use for lower-interest loans that revolve right back into the community. NVHT's purpose is to build a sustainable locally-controlled flexible fund to adequately address the community's greatest housing needs - initially focusing on homelessness.
