“Wings of Eagles” was founded in memory of Joseph Alvarez in 1993. Since “Wings” inception, hundreds of families throughout No. CA have been helped by “Wings of Eagles”.
Joseph Alvarez was a very special person who touched many people in his short nine years here on earth. Joseph was a Godly child and knew ‘God was calling him home’.
Joseph died 33 years ago on Jan. 28, 1991.
