Chico Seed Lending Library Chico Seed Lending Library (CSLL) is a seed library located within the Chico Branch of the Butte County Public Library. We are open when the Library is!

CSLL is a partnership program between Butte County Library, Earthshed Solutions, and Grub Education Program. CSLL opened in October of 2013 and is always seeking community involvement and support.
