We will be having a ride on February 22, 2014. We will meet at Country Waffles in the Raleys Skypark Plaza at 9:00 a.m. and leave about 9:30. It will be a little over 100 miles round trip and end up at Red Bluff Yamaha and then return to Chico. Will be a nice ride. Join us!

Great turn out at the Orland Icicle run 1/18/2014. Over 250 bikes, 100 miles of riding through beautiful scenery and good chili. We had 6 bikes and 7 people representing STAR chapter 395. Good to visit with the STAR Yuba City chapter too.

Star Chapter 395 in Chico, California will be supporting the group in Orland, California in their Motor-Icicle ride on Saturday January 18 that benefits fallen U.S. We encourage other riders to join us in this ride also. We will meet at Country Waffles in Raleys Center, Chico at 0830 and leave for Orland at 0900. Registration is from 0900 to 1100. Chili feed to follow the ride. We welcome all types of motorcycles on our rides.

Hello Chapter 395 Members, First of all I want to wish everyone a great year in 2014 that includes lots of riding. We have some changes in our leadership of the Chapter. I look forward to serving the chapter as the new President. Please feel free to talk with me about any ideas that you have that would be a positive influence on the Chapter. I can be reached by many e-mail addresses and on here. Vice President for the Chapter is Dennis Duncan, Secretary is Linnea Duncan, and Treasurer is Diana Barker. Secondly, I would like to remind everyone about our Chapter meeting on Tuesday January 14th at 6:30. It will be held at Chico's Cozy Diner on Mangrove Ave. I encourage everyone to attend this meeting. Our meetings are important and help to build a strong Chapter and camaraderie among members.
Things to bring:
1. Drivers license showing your M1 classification
2. Proof of insurance card
3. and your STAR membership card

We will read through the Charter, as required, and enjoy a nice meal and socializing. I look forward to the future of our Chapter and in making it what we all would like to see. See you on Tuesday. Jim Farmer, Chapter 395 President
