Chico Project SAVE (Salvage All Valuable Equipment) recycles medical/dental equipment and supplies and then redistributes them locally to those in need or to hospitals and clinics in need around the world. Founded in 1996, Chico Project SAVE has been dedicated to salvaging valuable medical equipment and repurposing it for those in need throughout our community and abroad. We open our doors to the

public every Tuesday from 9am to noon, relying on the dedication of volunteers to fulfill our mission. Chico Project SAVE provides essential support by supplying much-needed medical equipment and supplies to clinics and hospitals in countries that require assistance. This plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare infrastructure and improving medical care in those regions.

What a joy to be able to donate these supplies!

A container full of medical supplies destined for Banso Baptist Hospital (BBH) has arrived at the Baptist Center in Bamenda.
The container with medical equipment worth millions of Francs CFA was donated by American missionary doctor, Eugene Cleek.
Dr. Cleek is a surgeon from the town of Chico in California, USA and a dedicated surgeon who has partnered with BBH over the years. He was recently announced as Head of Surgery by BBH leadership.

The container was donated under the Chico Project SAVE project. Chico Project SAVE stands for (Salvage All Valuable Equipment) is a California-based, volunteer-run nonprofit organization that collects, recycles and redistributes surplus medical and dental equipment. By recovering unused or lightly used supplies, it prevents tons of waste and provides life-saving medical resources to those in need locally and internationally, including the recent donation to Cameroon which Dr. Cleek made possible.

Today, our volunteer and board member, Leon Randall, returned from delivering a twenty six foot truckload of supplies headed to Ukraine. He delivered these supplies to Dr. Aubyn Marath's warehouse in Springfield, OR. Dr. Marath is the founder of CardioStart International and partners with Yulia Brockdorf in sending supplies to Ukraine. We are proud to be able to share in their endeavor by supplying some of our goods to fill the many needs of this war torn nation. Thank you, Leon, for your help in making this happen.
