Chico Project SAVE Located in Chico, CA, our facility serves as a vital hub for processing and redistributing medical supplies.

Chico Project SAVE (Salvage All Valuable Equipment) recycles medical/dental equipment and supplies and then redistributes them locally to those in need or to hospitals and clinics in need around the world. Founded in 1996, Chico Project SAVE has been dedicated to salvaging valuable medical equipment and repurposing it for those in need throughout our community and abroad. We open our doors to the public every Tuesday from 9am to noon, relying on the dedication of volunteers to fulfill our mission. Chico Project SAVE provides essential support by supplying much-needed medical equipment and supplies to clinics and hospitals in countries that require assistance. This plays a crucial role in enhancing healthcare infrastructure and improving medical care in those regions.

Wednesday, the 16th was a real workout for these amazing volunteers as they loaded a 40' high cube container. It is headed to Abia State Government/Ogbuka Umekwe Hope Foundation, Abia, Nigeria. It was a small but mighty group, and we are so grateful for them!

Leyte Baptist Hospital in Hilongos, Leyte, Philippines received their 40' container load. It arrived without difficulty! We were so glad they were able to get a forklift to help them offload the x-ray machine! A special thanks to Enloe Health for the donation of the portable x-ray machine & mant other items. St. Elizabeth's Hospital donated baby warmers and birthing beds which we have placed in several shipments. We so appreciate every donor that participates with us!

We were notified that our container to Bethel Baptist Hospital in Malaybalay, Bukidnon Province, Philippines finally arrived. They had difficulty getting it through customs, and it cost them a substantial amount. It is always disappointing to hear that, but we are glad the container is finally there and will be a blessing to many.
