The new academic year is coming soon, which means it’s time to apply for board positions! We are looking for board members positions to be filled, scan the Qr code for a quick description of board positions duties and to get the application.

We will be having a pop-up shop for DoubleGood Popcorn!! This 7 day long virtual event allows our club to receive 50% of funds!

Please consider supporting CTA-Aspiring Educators, Chico Chapter!

Funds will be used for membership fees, event organizing, and any expenses related to the club’s success! We would greatly appreciate any support, even spreading the word to others!

Cinderella’s Closet 2026 recap!

We appreciate everyone involved to help make this such a great weekend! It was great partnering with Chico Marketplace to make this event go smoothly. We got to have different raffle prizes and even were donated brand new prom attire for our students!We were so glad to see so many students getting the opportunity to find free prom attire. There were over 200 people who attended the 2 day long event and nearly 150 students left with a FREE prom outfit. We’re so grateful for our volunteers and everyone who donated clothing to help support our local high school students, even action news who helped us spread the word! We can’t wait till next year Cinderella Closet Season.

We had such a blast at our last event!!

Thank you to everyone who joined us with a fun and relaxing evening. There was music, paint, vases, and tons of flowers!! It was so nice to see some new faces and some of our familiar friends too. If you missed out on this fun event keep an eye out for our upcoming event coming soon!

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS!! Join us for a two-day-long event to find FREE prom wear and accessories. There is a wide range of sizes, colors, and styles of both MEN’s and WOMEN’s clothing. No need to bring anything, just your student! This is a free community event! Join us for a fun and magical time, and hopefully you will find something that you love!

Spring is here, which means graduation is right around the corner! The California Teachers Association-Aspiring Educators Chico State chapter will be selling light blue graduation stoles to commemorate this milestone. They will have “EDUCATION” embroidered on them!

You can purchase yours for $40 on campus, in-person pick-up OR $45 shipped to you!

They will sell quickly, so be sure to get one before they sell out!

Hey Wildcats!! We hope you’re enjoying your spring break and getting the well deserved rest! To continue this relaxation, we are having a wonderful event next Thursday!

So please join us in welcoming the spring season!

Enjoy an evening of relaxation and creativity as you paint your own vase and create a beautiful bouquet. This event is a great opportunity to meet new people, relax, and unwind while enjoying music, snacks, and a positive atmosphere.

All supplies will be provided, bring yourself and a friend!

This April 18th - 19th, we will be in LA for our Spring 2026 conference!!

A great opportunity to meet with other chapters and future educators from across the state. We would love for you to join us. There is free food during the event and scholarship options for hotel and transportation.

You must be an official CTA-AE member and have to pay the membership fee first!! You can do this at, www.cta.org/ctaae

Must register by March 13th!
