It's a fair question. Why would a family choose to build a home here? Why would a developer invest millions of dollars in a new housing addition? Why would a company move its business here? In the USA, the South is the fastest growing part of the Country and Counties just outside of Metro areas are the fastest growing. That is true in Oklahoma where Grady County is the 6th fastest growing County in the State!

All age groups in the South grew faster than in any other region from 2020 to 2025, primarily fueled by outlying metro counties.
