The 14th Annual Chocolate Celebration was once again a huge success!
Thanks to all the corporate sponsors, table sponsors, volunteers, people that made chocolate goodies, Epworth for the venue, and people who showed up to pick out some goodies! It takes everyone to make the event work every year. Thank you so much for your support of the Chickasha Public Library !!

We'll see you again next year!

Celebrate "Take Your Child to the Library Day" on Saturday, February 7. Plan to visit your local public library. Libraries are offering free, fun, fabulous activities for families. Your local library is an ideal place for children to play, discover, make friends, and have fun. And Take Your Child to the Library Day is the perfect time to discover some library magic.

Visit your library’s website or give them a call to see what they have planned. Then mark your calendar for Take Your Child to the Library Day. Stop in for a visit. Enjoy the activities. Get a library card (they're free!), meet your children's librarian, and explore all the wonders that your local library has to offer your family. And be sure to stop in again soon – because every day is a great day to take your child to the library.

At our last Board meeting we were treated with some special indigenous food, prepared by the amazing Mrs Drew!
It was a delicious variety complete with a history of each dish.

The Chickasha Public Library will be closing early at 3 p.m. today, and will also be closed on Saturday, January 24 due to inclement weather. We are planning to reopen Monday, January 26, at 9:30 a.m.
