Bucktown Apple Pie Fest Results 2021, by neighbor & pie hero Michael Barry!
Thanks to our 26 bakers and our wonderful neighborhoods who made our 2021 apple pie fest a success. We raised $1434 to donate to Friends of Holstein Park for replacement of the benches at Senior Citizens Park. Special thanks to Sarah and Teddy at The Leavitt Street Inn & Tavern for providing the event space, donating the whip cream & ice cream, and providing the raffle prizes for a night at the Inn. We had a great group of judges lead by Michael at Bang Bang Pie & Biscuits. Please continue to support these local business, which make our neighborhood so great. Thanks to our volunteers, who make events like this happen. We had a great group of bakers, who were skillful and kind. Please send your congrats to the winners:
