The UAW Local 551 Motorcycle Committee proudly donated $200 to the USW Local 7-1 Strike Fund in support of our union brothers and sisters who have been locked out by BP for the past four months.

Four months is a long time to stand strong, but they are not standing alone. UAW Local 551 is proud to show our support and stand beside USW Local 7-1 during this fight.

What an incredible weekend at the Young Workers Conference in Dearborn, Michigan!

This conference brought together young workers from unions across the labor movement to learn, grow, and build lasting connections. From engaging workshops and inspiring speakers to meaningful conversations and new friendships, every session was an opportunity to strengthen our skills and invest in the future of organized labor.

The next generation of leaders isn’t waiting for tomorrow…they’re learning, collaborating, and leading today. Looking forward to putting everything we gained into action.
