The National Council of Nonprofits hosted their annual Nonprofit Caucus Reception last week. Forefront policy team had the pleasure of organizing and participating. Both State Senator Graciela Guzman and Forefront’s President and CEO, Monique B. Jones (photographed here) gave remarks to a gathering on nonprofit professionals from across the country. As nonprofits adapt to an increasingly complex operating environment, leaders must make informed decisions about which programs to sustain, grow, modify, or sunset. This hands-on clinic will introduce participants to the double-bottom line approach, a practical framework for evaluating both the financial contribution and mission impact of individual programs. By the end of the session, participants will have tools to support strategic conversations about organizational sustainability, resource allocation, and future investments.
