Honored to be speaking at the 2026 Leadership Symposium this April in Atlanta.

I’ll be leading a breakout session titled “Community is the Curriculum: From Relational Practice to Human-Centered Impact.”

This conversation sits at the center of the work I care about most — how relationships shape the way we lead, teach, build programs, and partner with communities. Excited to engage with leaders, clinicians, educators, and practitioners who are thinking about how relational practice can move beyond therapy and inform the way we design systems and spaces for real impact.

Grateful for the invitation and looking forward to the exchange. Atlanta, see you soon.

I’ve been doing this work for years—supporting youth-serving orgs, emerging clinicians, educators, and system-impacted communities through training, curriculum, and healing-centered practice.

Now I’m naming it and formalizing it.

Introducing the Center for Transformative and Restorative Practice—expanding the work to organizations, campuses, and community systems ready to grow, shift, and lead with intention.

If you’ve been part of this journey, thank you.
If you’re new here, welcome.

More soon.

Hello friends! I’m still recruiting MFT educators for my dissertation study, and I wanted to share a quick update.

After initial feedback, I adjusted the questionnaire to remove anything that felt intrusive. The goal is simple: create space for honest, grounded, and authentic responses about what it actually looks like to implement culturally responsive, restorative, and radical pedagogies in graduate-level MFT programs.

This study explores:
How familiar faculty are with frameworks like cultural humility and decolonized/restorative pedagogy
Preparedness and professional development needs
Institutional barriers that shape equity-centered teaching
Real experiences and recommendations from the educators doing the work

If you’re 18+, currently or recently teaching in a graduate MFT program (any rank or appointment), your perspective is deeply valued.

The survey takes about 15–20 minutes, and participants can enter a raffle for one of four $25 gift cards.

I still need around 13 more participants, so your participation-and your shares-are huge.

Thank you to everyone supporting this study. Please keep spreading the word.
