What an incredible day at the Bud Billiken Parade ! 🎉❤️

There’s nothing quite like celebrating Chicago, community, culture, and tradition—and this year was even more special because we got to march alongside our friends from Mariano's! 🛒🙌🏾

From the smiles and music to the families lining the streets, the energy was AMAZING. We laughed, we celebrated, we connected with the community, and we made memories that will last long after the parade is over.

A huge thank you to our friends at Mariano’s for sharing the experience with us and to everyone who showed us love along the parade route.

SOMETIMES THE GREATEST GIFT WE CAN GIVE A YOUNG PERSON ISN'T A SUIT, A PAIR OF SHOES, OR A MEMORABLE NIGHT.

It's the belief that they matter.

A few months ago, through our partners at the Chicago Police Department , we met an incredible young man named Davionne McDaniel. As we learned more about his journey, we knew we wanted to help make one of his dreams come true.

Recently, that dream became a reality.

From the moment he put on his suit to the incredible send-off surrounded by family, friends, mentors, and supporters, it was clear that this night was about so much more than prom.

It was about confidence.

It was about encouragement.

It was about a young man being reminded that his future is bright and that an entire community is cheering him on.

We are grateful to everyone who helped make this moment possible. Your support created more than a memorable evening—it created a lasting reminder that when young people are surrounded by opportunity, encouragement, and love, they can walk boldly into their future.

Congratulations, Davionne. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your story. We can't wait to see what comes next.
