Beginning in February, TPAN will relocate to a temporary space (1020 W. Lawrence, Chicago, IL 60640) while our current location undergoes construction. You may have heard that later this year, TPAN will open Chicago's first HIV medical home to deliver expanded services for people living with and vulnerable to HIV. These services will include onsite medical and dental care, a food pantry, a pharmacy, and more. We will roll out these enhanced services over the next 18 months.

Don't worry! Our mailing address is still the same (5537 N. Broadway, Chicago 60640). However, if you need to visit in person, come to our temporary address beginning 2/12.

Dine. Donate. Save Lives.

Dining Out For Life Chicago supports the lifesaving mission of TPAN in Chicago. TPAN’s mission is to empower lives affected by HIV and related health disparities. We are a provider of health care and supportive services for thousands of people from all areas of Chicago, and we deliver education, health news, and cutting-edge treatment information to people across the country.

TPAN has been a leader for LGBT and HIV-affected people for more than 32 years. We provide care and direct services to thousands of individuals in Chicago each year. TPAN is the ony non-profit in the country that publishes a nationally distributed health and HIV treatment magazine, Positively Aware! From our offices in Edgewater Chicago offices, we deliver a lifeline of health news and information about care options and life with HIV to more than 100,000 readers across the U.S.

TPAN serves individuals across all identities of race, ethnicity, and gender. Most who access our care are low- income LGBT individuals and people of color – community members most impacted by HIV in Chicago. Dining Out for Life Chicago supports direct care and services right here at home.

TPAN is more than an important portal to health care for thousands of community members. We are also known for innovation. Our programs and services address issues across the human experience, and include elements from puppies (as in our groundbreaking program, Paws N Effect) to PrEP.
