Just a quick note to share the good news that the City chose POAH and our partner, KMW Communities, as the developer for a long-vacant Woodlawn site – and as important, the design and POAH have won the confidence and praise of the Alderwoman and the media alike.

With the Obama Presidential Center rising to the east and the redevelopment of the 63rd and Cottage Grove intersection, it seems as if a new era for the street is finally at hand.
