Stratford Place Block Club Stratford Place Block Club was established in October 2013 so to create a fellowship of concerned neighbors on their block.

This block is the border between the 44th and 46th wards. Stratford Place Block Club is a organization that is registered and recognized by the City of Chicago 19th Police District - Town Hall.
