In response to federal policy changes, Georgia regulators proposed new rules allowing delivery directly to patients—including via the USPS and private carriers like FedEx.
The proposed delivery rules could allow delivery to patients in healthcare facilities, including nursing homes.
These changes would increase access to the plant. We call on Illinois to embrace rules like this.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a contractor to monitor social media conversations about ma*****na and h**p products, including plans to "capture data on products, ingredients, claims, consumer conditions, sentiments, and other attributes,”.

After a month-long strike, 300+ workers at the Ascend Wellness grow in Barry, IL won a contract that provides living wages, affordable insurance, & greater workplace protections. Large corporations are nothing without labor. We congratulate the workers for their new contract, and honor the solidarity and sacrifice it took to win it.

IL Medical Patients! We need to hear from you!
Starting TODAY, Illinois is allowing all dispensaries to register as medical.
This means Social Equity dispensaries can finally serve patients, and patients can finally get their medical discount at the store closest to them.

Call or visit your preferred Social Equity dispensary, and ask when they plan to begin serving medical patients!

Major update on H**p!
Members of the US Senate approved legislation partially delaying the implementation of a forthcoming federal ban on certain h**p-derived products. Products containing naturally derived cannabinoids above .4 milligrams per container would remain licit until December 11.
The delay provides Congress an additional month to consider pending legislation that seeks to regulate naturally occurring h**p-derived cannabinoid products rather than outlaw them.

International Overdose Awareness Day ( ) serves as a stark reminder that every overdose death is a drug policy failure. As we mourn those we’ve lost, we’ll continue pushing for evidence-backed harm reduction (aka health care) services and support — including Overdose Prevention Centers (OPCs) — for and with our communities.
