A great way to close out the summer with our 3rd Annual Education Rally. This event brought together community members and our supporters to give book bags, health essentials and resources to our community while celebrating the success of the Chicago Youth Works summer interns.

The youth here at Central States Ser and Enlace have been working to put together a free summer event for youth and community members! This event is happening on Friday, July 24th, 2026, from 4PM-7PM at 2612 S Trumbull Ave, Chicago, IL 60623.

We will have:
• Community resource tables: come learn about Central States Ser, Enlace and other resources available to you
• Fun activity stations: Bracelet/keychain making station, Loteria, pet plushie adoption center, and more
• Different raffle prizes: can you guess which Chicago sports mascot plush will be included in our raffle?
• Open mic
• Delicious food, drinks and snacks

The Chicago Youth Works team was also part of the effort to help strengthen those programs at New Life Centers in Little Village that aim at empowering the youth and their families. This is only one example of how our team members learned and were able to give back to the community.
