Team Carpe Diem is a running team composed of runners from around the country. We were founded in January 2012 and have run races in 6 different states. Our Inspiration:
We run in memory of Billy Misik, a truly wonderful young man who lost his battle with brain cancer at the age of 21. A friend to all, Team Carpe Diem was formed in Billy's honor and to inspire others to live by his motto of Seize
The Day. We also run for Lou Zucker, whose strong presence serves as inspiration each time we think we can't run another step. We run for Connor and Dominic, who never got to celebrate their 9th birthdays. He was running around the outfield one Old Timer's Day and gone the next. All funds raised will go directly to the American Brain Tumor Association to help fund the research that will lead to a cure. What We've Run And Where We've Run It:
