Holiday Stress Check 🎄✨
The holidays can bring joy but they can also bring stress, busy schedules, and big emotions. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, pause for a moment and try box breathing, a simple technique to help calm your body and mind.
🟦 Box Breathing
1️⃣ Breathe in for 4 seconds
2️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds
3️⃣ Breathe out for 4 seconds
4️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds
Repeat 3–5 times.
This practice helps slow your heart rate, reduce tension, and bring you back to the present moment anytime, anywhere.
💛 Remember: It’s okay to take breaks, set boundaries, and care for yourself during the holidays. A few mindful breaths can make a big difference.
