Culper Ring Agent 355 Chapter, NSDAR, was established on April 12, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois, as a chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. Our members are focused on community service efforts that support the NSDAR mission of historic preservation, education and patriotism in Chicago. There has never been a better time to reinstate and show your support for an inclusive DAR. And right now the fee is waived for America250!

From DAR HQ:

Organizing Secretary General, Marguerite Fritsch announced at the Membership Forum June 24, 2026, that the successful Reinstatement Initiative has been extended by President General Storage Until the end of the Storage Administration or until we have welcomed back 5,000 members.

A former member can reinstate in several ways.

She may contact her old chapter to request reinstatement. Her chapter will complete the OSG-1003 form and send it, along with her dues payment, to National. National will pay the $10 reinstatement fee as a gift.

If a former member wishes to join a different chapter and knows which one she wants to join, she should contact the new chapter. The new chapter will complete the OSG-1003 form and send it, along with her dues payment, to National. National will pay the $10 reinstatement fee as a gift.
