Favor & Grace Chapter No. 56 out supporting in sisterhood. Last week we had the opportunity to celebrate and support Angelic Chapter No. 1 at their Bingo Fundraiser. We always appreciate opportunities to come together, fellowship, share laughs, and support one another.

Thank you for the hospitality and for creating a fun and welcoming space. Sisterhood is about connection, community, and showing up for one another. We truly enjoyed spending time together and look forward to many more moments of fellowship.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Starting today, the Women of Favor and Grace Chapter No. 56, OES, want you to know this month is for YOU.

We all pour so much into our work, our families, our communities, and our commitments.
When your cup is almost empty, who refills it?
You cannot pour from an empty cup.
We ask that you refill your cup!
Refilling yours is not selfish and you ought not feel guilty in doing so.
It is necessary!
Each day this month, carve out at least one Self Love Moment that is just for you. It does not have to be grand. It just has to be intentional.
💙 A quiet morning before the world wakes up
💛 A walk with no destination
🤍 A meal you actually sat down to enjoy
💚 A song that makes you feel like yourself again
❤️ A no, said without guilt with a Yes, said with joy & laughter

Mental health is not just the absence of struggle. It is the presence of peace. And you deserve peace in every season, not just when things slow down.
