Attention CLIHTF Landlords: Annual Rent Increase Requests must be submitted by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Rent increases are capped at 3%.
To submit your request, log in to the Owners Portal on Trust Fund Central (TFC), select “Rent Increase” for the property, review the Exhibit B summary, verify the current rent information, and upload the current building rent roll before submitting.
Please complete all steps by the deadline to ensure your request is considered.

Ms. Hugley is being recognized for the compassion, patience, and understanding she showed while supporting one of her tenants through a difficult time. Rather than choosing eviction, she chose empathy—giving her tenant and their family the time needed to complete an income correction process and remain stably housed.

✨ A Night of Impact ✨

What an incredible evening!

We are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for our Fundraising Reception: A Night of Impact. The turnout was phenomenal, and the energy in the room was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for a meaningful cause.

A special thank you to our planning committee for their hard work and dedication in creating such a successful event. We also extend our appreciation to our inspiring guest speakers, outstanding vendors, and the talented Definition of Dope for delivering an unforgettable performance that kept the celebration going all night long.

Most importantly, thank you to every guest, attendee, sponsor, and supporter who showed up, shared our mission, and invested in the future of housing stability for Chicago residents.

While we’re celebrating a successful event, our work isn’t finished. We’re still working toward our goal of raising $100,000 for the Emergency Tenant Fund. Every dollar donated helps CLIHTF continue providing critical housing assistance to low-income residents facing financial hardship and housing insecurity.
