National Latin American Festival The National Latin American Festival is a three day festival located at Riis Park on the north west side of Chicago.

The National Latin American Festival is a three day festival located at Riis Park on the northwest side of Chicago. Riis Park will be transformed into a multicultural exhibit featuring partnerships with consulates, tourist bureaus and cultural organizations representing Central America, South America and the Caribbean islands. Highlights of the festival will include a dignitaries ball for sponsors

, elected officials, and community organizations, a grand opening ceremony & press event, a massive Latin American food vendor lineup, musical acts, cultural presentations, a beauty pageant featuring young ladies representing all our Latin countries, and the highlight of the festival, the Carnaval!
