The journey to becoming a physician doesn’t end at Match Day… it evolves.🩺

This week, we had the privilege of welcoming NDSI Scholars and Affiliates who recently matched into residency for our Transition to Residency Program. Together, we explored what comes next: navigating the financial realities of residency, building meaningful mentorship relationships, preparing for new responsibilities, and embracing the opportunities and challenges ahead.

At Nth Dimensions, our commitment extends far beyond medical school. We believe that supporting future physicians means showing up at every stage of the journey, from the first day of exposure and mentorship to residency and beyond. As our Scholars take this next step, we remain dedicated to providing the guidance, community, and resources they need to thrive.

We had an incredible time at the University of Pittsburgh diving into Dermatology and Orthopaedics—an experience that brought to life why bioskills truly matter.

From hands-on training to learning alongside world-renowned physicians, every moment reinforced the value of real-world practice, collaboration, and peer connection.
