Chicago Black Protection Plan - CBPP The purpose of the Chicago Black Protection Plan(CBPP) is to build a collective, loving, informed, independent, and sustainable Black populous of Chicago.

The purpose of the Chicago Black Protection Plan (CBPP) is to cultivate and enhance a sustainable, independent, and community-driven Black populous in the city. This is implemented through all-Black community retreats, regular and consistent community outreach and engagement, and sharing practical skills, resources, and trainings. Retreats hosted by the CBPP give the community opportunity to have

impactful discussions, equip participants with tangible protection skills, and offer space to envision and enact solutions.
