🥋 ILLINOIS OPEN 2026 — UMPIRE SEMINAR

As part of the preparation for the international tournament Illinois Open 2026, a specialized Umpire Seminar will take place this Sunday, August 16, 2026.

🕚 Start: 12:00 PM (EST)

The seminar is being held to prepare and coordinate the umpire team ahead of Illinois Open 2026, which will take place on August 30, 2026.

🥋 Oleksandr Dmytruv — Vice President of Original ITF Taekwon-Do of America and Chief Umpire of Illinois Open 2026

The seminar will be attended by International Umpires of Categories A and B, as well as National Category Umpires.

The international tournament will include four official ITF Taekwon-Do disciplines:

• Patterns / Tul
• Sparring
• Special Techniques
• Power Test / Power Breaking

💻 ISCORE

A separate and important part of the seminar will be practical work with the ISCORE system — the official software used by the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) for organizing and conducting competitions.

The system is used at the largest official ITF tournaments, including the World Championships, European Championships, Pan American Championships, and international Class A tournaments.

During the seminar, the umpires will work through the principles of using the system, umpiring procedures, and practical matters necessary for the professional conduct of Illinois Open 2026.
