Nagle is scheduled to be closed to traffic at the railroad tracks between Northwest Highway and Avondale starting July 6 for three weeks. Foster already is closed over the Kennedy to at least the end of this year due to bridge work, worsening congestion on Bryn Mawr. Outbound Kennedy entrance ramp at Foster is scheduled to be closed until Aug. 12.
