Applications Now Open: Kūhiō Fellows Program (Cohort II)
E hoʻomaka kākou!
The Abigail Kawānanakoa Foundation is proud to announce that applications are now open for the second cohort of the Kūhiō Fellows Program — a leadership initiative empowering emerging Native Hawaiian voices in public service and advocacy.
The Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole Fellows Program cultivates leaders and advocates for the Native Hawaiian community by placing fellows in the offices of Hawai‘i’s congressional delegation in Washington, D.C. This immersive, year-long experience offers hands-on exposure to policymaking, public service, and advocacy, while fostering a deep understanding of how federal decisions affect Hawai‘i and Native Hawaiians.
We seek mature, grounded individuals—not only recent graduates but also those with real-life and professional experience—who are passionate about driving positive change. Whether you’re an emerging professional or a community leader looking to expand your advocacy, this fellowship provides the tools, network, and platform to make a difference.
