Chicago Compassion Club was formed in 2013 to help patients in the state of Illinois gain access to information on medical ma*****na. In addition we provide four members access to our doctors that specialize in alternative medicine. All of the CCC’s members were very active in assuring the
bill gets passed and patients are granted their rights. MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide patients in Illinois all the resource and information necessary to be able to apply for their medical ma*****na card under The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act for the state of Illinois. We strive to stand by our rating of #1 ranked Medical Ma*****na Club in Chicago by making the registration process as simple as possible for Illinois patients. Along with the certification process, we will offer factual medical ma*****na information to allay apprehensions about the choice of medical ma*****na as an alternative therapeutic treatment to pharmaceuticals. We promise to staff our medical ma*****na Club with experienced and compassionate doctors, medical staff, attorneys and other support personnel who assist patients in Illinois with medical ma*****na information in full compliance with the State of Illinois medical ma*****na laws and the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act.
