Finding a place of worship that one likes is important. Each time the Earth orbits, we age biologically. Biological age deals with how old your cells are. The stresses that fasting induces in the body are known as hermetic stress, and they cause weight loss and metabolic healing. Jesus’ long fast helped to decrease his biological age, making him physically strong enough to resist the temptations from the devil. Demonstration of one’s love for another person is crucial to the longevity of that relationship. We demonstrate affection to someone else when we hold hands, hug, and kiss. The Prophet Jeremiah said that if he kept his mouth shut, a fire would light inside of him.
