Second part of interview with Tony Asghar:
What are you looking for in talented football player? What qualities does he/she have to possess?
For me, the player must have strength of character and the confidence to be able to set goals and achieve them the player must be motivated in becoming the best player and more importantly, becoming and all-rounded person in life as this will give him the best opportunity to achieve his goals. The player must have a hard work ethic, good level of physical fitness and of course a technical skill although he must work on all these qualities throughout his career, not just at the beginning. It is also important the player has good manners and respect for his coaches, teammates and his opposition as this is a major factor in the public’s perception of any football player at any level, although he also has to have a will to win.
