Throwback Thursday might not be as popular, but today, we're bringing it back! 😄

Today, I'm reflecting on a special moment with my first group of young adult clients supported by my company, Urban Community Alliance. I introduced a 4-part series focusing on enhancing their emotional intelligence (EQ) as they embark on their careers as 1st generation college graduates.

While most organizations focus on developing the tactical skills of their employees, I fill in the gaps by equipping individuals with emotional intelligence to enhance collaboration and productivity, especially in environments where diversity may be lacking. Happy Holidays Everyone!

Eva's Holiday Heart Project is a campaign designed to provide supplies to people experiencing homelessness in the Chicago area, and across the nation. My baby girl has the BIGGEST heart, and is very concerned about people who have fallen on hard times. When asked her "why," she said: “I care about other people. It hurts my heart to see people struggle, especially when they are on the streets asking for money when it's cold. If I was them, I would really be hurting, so I just want to make sure they are ok!”

So when she came to me with the idea, I HAD to make it happen!

Here's how you can help:

3a. Then, using the hashtag , post a picture/video of you assembling (NOT distributing) your care packages!
