Music has an abundance to give to and everyone should be able to experience this. Music Gives was founded by Nia-Imara Barberousse in 2013. The nonprofit aims to bring quality musical experiences to children across the globe. By providing enriching concerts and donating musical materials both locally and internationally, Music Gives strives to improve the artistic experience of all children. This

year Music Gives will embark on its first trip abroad. Gods Little Angles is a wonderful orphanage on the caribbean island of Haiti. Our first benefit concert will be held in Chicago during the month of May. The trip to Haiti will be in the month of August. We will be donating house-hold items, musical instruments, and providing music lessons while at the orphanage. Thank you for your support and I cant wait to see where this year takes us.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Music Gives thus far. Since our beginnings in January Music Gives has seen a great amount of turnout and support at events and fundraisers. Our trip to Haiti has been postponed to May 2015 as we need to continue to fundraise for our trip to the Orphanage Gods Littlest Angels. We are currently planning some great fundraisers and hope to see current supporters and also some new faces!
