UCAN Career Services UCAN FamilyWorks FamilyWorks serves Chicago Housing Authority residents in the far southwest region of Chicago, including Altgeld-Murray Homes and Lowden Homes.

All aspects of the program focus on the FamilyWorks goals of employment and permanent housing choice for families. Elements include:
Outreach and engagement: UCAN case managers build strong relationships with CHA residents through direct outreach efforts.
