At this year's SETA Spring Conference, we teamed up with our member site, Connect to Work GA (Metro Atlanta Chamber), to explore how skills-based hiring can spark real change and to share practical solutions to challenges facing America's workforce.

Beyond presenting, we left energized by the ideas and perspectives shared by talented leaders from across the Southeast, particularly around topics like trauma-informed engagement and thoughtful applications of technology and AI in hiring.
