Currently scdc is illegally prolonging the detention of inmates serving time for drug trafficking offenses (44-53-375 &370) by enforcing the "no parole" 85% statute. Under South Carolina Code of laws 24-13-100 ( definition of a no parole offense) has been established as unconstitutional with the passing of the South Carolina Omnibus Sentencing Reform Act effective June 2,2010. Many inmates in prison for drug trafficking offenses are unaware that they have been entitled to good time credits, earned work credits, earned educational credits, parole, furlough, and early release as required by law.

Please familiarize your incarcerated family members and yourself with Bolin vs SCDC and Campbell vs Florian case law because in the plain language of the Omnibus Act the South Carolina Court of Appeals Judge Richardson explained to SCDC Senior Counsel David Tartarsky and Deputy General Counsel Chris Florian that it is unmistakably undeniable that the Omnibus Act transformed no parole offenses into parolable offenses.

If you have a family member or a friend similarly situated, share, like, and repost. Also, leave a message and we will explain how to secure their release. This is being monitored so make yourself aware and be vocal about this injustice and due process violation and together we will bring our loved ones home.......
