Want to join me in supporting a good cause? This GivingTuesday I'm raising money for Light of Loving Kindness and your contribution will make an impact. Light of loving kindness provides access to mental wellness support and social emotional skills through mindfulness-based tools for young adults from some of Chicago's most challenging neighborhoods. We support youth through our teen mental health first aid program, a national certification opportunity for youth; in addition, LOLK provides Outdoor RX thru nature programming for BIPOC communities.
Take a look at our website to learn more. I recommend looking at our page called the Science of Healing (see About Us).

Every donation helps!
