Don’t rush to the next thing. Dwell in the goodness of this moment.
Invite stillness with these 3 soul resets:
Spend one hour in nature—listen for God in the birds, breeze, and stillness.
Take 3 deep breaths every time you feel hurried.
Read a Psalm each morning and journal your reflection.
Still waters are your summer assignment. Let God lead you to them.

Prepare nourishing meals and bless them before you eat.
Your body carried you through another year. Treat it like the sacred gift it is.
