If your parents have Medicare (the red white and blue card) AND Medicaid, there will have to redetermine their eligibility. This is VERY IMPORTANT, as some of the plans people are on are called D-SNP plans, and if your parents lose their Medicaid (state health care based on income that picks up the 20%) portion, then they can lose their plan.
