🍔 Grill! Barbecue! Hot Dogs! Burgers! 🌭
As always, we’ll be grilling up a TON of meat!! 🥩🔥
🍲 Potluck Style: We highly encourage everyone to bring a dish to share with others!
🧺 What to bring:
Bring your lawn chairs, picnic blankets, umbrellas, and lawn games (like a soccer ball/football) — anything to make your afternoon comfortable and fun!

🎵 Music by DJ Ahadu! (Are we ready for a little dancing?! 💃🕺)

☕ Traditional Jebena Coffee is a must and will definitely be served!
🧒 Bring the kids! Plenty of space for them to play and have fun!!

Huge honor at the African Diaspora Exhibition! 🌍 We were thrilled to welcome Mayor Brandon Johnson to the Ethiopia booth at the exhibition organized by Chicago Public Schools.

Our ECAC staff had the wonderful opportunity to meet with the Mayor and express our appreciation for his dedication to Chicago’s youth. We specifically admire the expansion of the Chicago Youth Works initiative—investing in the next generation is at the heart of what we do.
