We want to formally apologize to those who were affected by an unfortunate recent event in Cuckoo’s.
It has taken a week to organize and regroup in order to cancel Big Love we had to notify the Den, the press,the Jeffs, and the Saints. We have had to make refunds to all tickets that were purchased and, we had to take down all aspects of social media down
We have also had to comply with the contract we have signed with The Den Theater. As we regroup, we are working to address compensation and will be in communication.
We at Cuckoo's do realize there were a lot of communication issues with this production which we are addressing and correcting.
We recognize that we have let our cast and staff down; and for that, we apologize.
From now on, we promise to be more transparent with our cast and production team.
