Join us in spreading holiday cheer and making a difference at Chicago O'Hare International Airport!

What's the mission? Over a hundred volunteers are needed to staff information desks and assist over half a million travelers passing through the airport each year. Whether it's providing directions, sharing valuable airport and Chicago information, or helping passengers in moments of confusion or crisis, you can make an impact.

Travelers Aid volunteers come from diverse backgrounds across Chicago's neighborhoods and suburbs, united by one goal – to enhance the customer experience at O'Hare International Airport. 💙

Exciting News! Heartland Alliance International (HAI) is thrilled to share our commitment to action "Building a Torture Treatment Network for Ukraine" at the Clinton Global Initiative meeting in NYC.

“We will directly train 440 medical and mental health professionals in specialized torture treatment, reaching more than 4,400 survivors by April 2025, and creating a global network of experts,” - Melissa Cook, Executive Director, HAI.

Join us in solidarity as we adapt the services of our internationally recognized Marjorie Kovler Center to rebuild communities through trauma-informed care, and bring hope and healing to Ukraine. 💪💙
