Friends of Whittier School

Friends of Whittier School Uniting parents, teachers, students, community and friends to support music, cultural and gardening programs at Whittier Dual Language Elementary School.

Friends of Whittier is a supportive, fundraising organization started by friends, teachers and parents for Whittier Dual Language Elementary School in Pilsen, Chicago, IL. and work closely with our LSC. We support the music programs, specifically the school choir of the Chicago Children's Choir and the Alegre Strings program of Merit Music. The Xochiquetzal Peace Garden, across the street from Whittier School, is a venue for our events as well as a supported organization.
