No fancy tricks or moves- we’re just outside playing like we did back in the day! And now we’re proudly wearing our ages on our backs!

Book us for your next community or corporate event! We bring a special type of energy and we can teach anyone who can move how to jump Double Dutch ON THE SPOT!

And if you’re a woman over 40, join us! We have subClubs all over the world and you don’t even have to jump rope to play with us!

Flashing back to our 2025 mission trip to Ghana!

We traveled across the world with monetary donations, backpacks, hygiene products and other gifts - but the greatest gift was the time we shared. Teaching the young people in Accra how to jump Double Dutch, sharing our culture and learning about theirs was an experience we will never forget! 🇬🇭❤️🖤

This is what determination looks like!

Trying something new may feel uncomfortable at first - but keep showing up, keep trying and don’t let fear stop you. You may just surprise yourself! ❤️🖤
